The Goodwood Festival of Speed returns from Thursday 9 July to Sunday 12 July 2026, once again transforming the gentle Sussex countryside into a roaring carnival of horsepower, champagne, beautiful tailoring and barely controlled chaos.
For four glorious days, Goodwood House becomes the epicentre of the motoring world, where Formula 1 legends stroll casually through the paddocks, priceless Ferraris bark their way up the hillclimb, and impeccably dressed guests somehow manage to look elegant while standing in clouds of tyre smoke.
Few events capture the romance of the motor car quite like Goodwood. It possesses the atmosphere of an aristocratic garden party that accidentally collided with Le Mans.
One moment you are admiring a £20 million racing car, the next you are balancing a glass of rosé while avoiding a television presenter wearing loafers without socks. Très britannique.
