The day began at the company’s base on Bikini Beach, where check-in staff welcomed us with the first of many smiles. Gloria, co-founder and the heart of the team, radiated warmth and ease, while Finnish manager Katja Piriparinen ensured every detail was seamless. Together they set the tone: attentive, personal, and utterly professional.
When a forecast of strong swells threatened, the team simply rescheduled to guarantee perfect sailing conditions, an early sign of the thoughtful service that defines Cuba Libre.

Out on the water aboard Alain, a Hanse 495, perfection unfolded. As sails unfurled and the yacht found her rhythm, the Atlantic revealed its wonders. Suddenly, dolphins appeared by the dozen, racing alongside the bow, leaping in arcs of silver, and transforming the afternoon into a living dream.
