A ROOM WITH CHARACTER
Each room at The Pig has its own personality and wow factor, with interiors layered in history and playful detailing from delightfully snug hideaways to indulgent countryside retreats. We stayed in the whimsically named “Chicken Room”, where natural textures and muted tones were lifted by pops of forest green velvet cushions on the bed and polished silver feeder pots cleverly reimagined into coffee and tea caddies. Wood-panelled walls were adorned with vintage pig prints, while subtle chicken-wire accents added a tongue-in-cheek touch.
Our Comfy Room offered cosy charm with a king-size bed and monsoon shower that opened onto a private shared terrace overlooking the gardens, an idyllic spot for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. Here, seclusion and comfort felt effortlessly entwined, offering that rare luxury of space, silence, and sky.
