What happens when you place one of the most glamorous rising stars of musical theatre, a sustainable fashion brief, and on of the most outrageous V8 engines ever built on the same set? you get the surreal but rather fabulous collision of Broadway sparkle, high fashion, and 670 horses of American muscle.

The stage was a magnificent Surrey country house – all manicured lawns and Georgian elegance. It is the sort of backdrop where one might expect afternoon tea, rather than a Chevrolet Corvette Z06 snorting impatiently like a prize stallion on the croquet lawn.
This is a supercar with a sense of theatre, capable of 0-60mph in a blink and you’ll spill your champagne 2.6 seconds.

Poppy de C, the musical theatre star and model, effortlessly commanded the lens. The juxtaposition was delicious: sustainable fashion styling by Emily Wills and shimmering couture were offset by the Corvette’s muscular lines. Poppy’s radiant presence perfectly bridged these two worlds.
